 If you are competing for one of our National Titles, this is an optional competition and has no bearing on the pageant score. There will be a separate panel of judges than from the pageant. Wear your outfit of choice and work the runway! You can win this title and the National Title!

 

Think high-fashion, couture, cutting edge trendy, New York or Paris Fashion Week in outfit and modeling technique. Fashion outfits, facial expressions, and modeling technique is completely different than our pageant Fashion Wear competition. Think and act like a runway fashion model (no smiling or removing clothing as an example)! Outfits may be off the rack or custom made. Judges will be looking for outfit originality, fit and appropriateness, modeling ability and execution, fashion sense, and overall stage presence. One winner from those competing will receive a gorgeous large crown, satin sash and gifts. This competition will take place during Prelims on Friday evening. Although an optional, the winner will be considered an American Elegance Titleholder and encouraged to make appearances with this title. There are no contractual obligations with this title.

American Elegance Spokes model

this optional competition is open to anyone!! You can compete for this title even if you’re not competing in the National Pageant! Just like Runway Diva, this is an optional competition and has no bearing on the pageant score. There will be a separate panel of judges than from the pageant. You can win this title and the National title!! A true spokes model serves as the face and voice of a product or a company. Contestants will present a 30-45 second commercial or public service announcement in an outfit of choice. Props are welcome, but must be carried by contestant. Judges will be looking for speaking ability, articulation, and stage presence. Think YouTube/TV commercial or infomercial in content and delivery; content should differ than from Personal Expression. One winner from those competing will receive a gorgeous large crown, satin sash and gifts. This competition will take place during Prelims on Friday evening. The winner of this prestigious title will be considered an American Elegance Titleholder and encouraged to make appearances with this title. there are no contractual obligations with this title.

American Elegance Heritage Costume

This is open to our International Contestants only. This is an outfit of your choosing that best describes your heritage. Winner of this competition will receive assortment of gifts. Winner of this competition will have no bearing on the International Title. This is a completely optional competition. Cost to enter this competition is $30.

American Elegance Cover Model 

This is an optional competition. One winner will have her photo placed on the back cover of the program book. This is a separate award from the program book photogenic award. The winner will receive a large crown, satin sash, award and gifts. First photo is $75.00, and each additional photo is $10.00. You can submit either head or full body shots. Must be stylized and not your pageant headshot
